Copy or download your submission.
When you are satisfied with the wording, copy the text into an email or planning submission
form.
Make it your own:
The suggested points are prompts to help you think about the application. They are not intended
to be copied unchanged. A shorter submission written in your own words, with a few specific
local details, is more personal and useful than a long submission made up entirely of copied
text.
Before submitting: Check every paragraph, replace any general placeholders, and
add your own local observations where relevant.
